Waks calls for the elimination of the statute of limitations in the US

Advocate for victims of child sexual abuse Manny Waks has called for the elimination of the statute of limitations in the U.S.

Speaking at a media conference in the New York State Legislature Waks, himself a victim in Melbourne, said that 20% of children were abused.
