THE Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse is examining:
* Responses by Yeshivah Centre and Yeshivah College in Melbourne after child sex abuse allegations against David Samuel Cyprys, David Kramer and Aaron Kestecher.
* Responses by the Yeshiva Centre and Yeshiva College Bondi in Sydney after sex abuse allegations against Daniel Hayman.
Among those giving evidence are:
* AVA, former Yeshivah College student, victim of Cyprys
* Manny Waks, former Yeshivah College student, abused by Cyprys and AVP.
* AVR, former Yeshivah College student, abused by Cyprys
* AVB, former Yeshiva Bondi student, victim of Cyprys and Hayman
Cyprys was a security guard and leader of young people at the Yeshiva Centre and College.
* Convicted in 2013 of molesting nine boys as young as seven from 1980-1992.
* Found guilty in 1992 of indecently assaulting AVR, placed on a good behaviour bond without conviction. convicted in 2013 of raping AVR.
* Still serving his sentence.
Rabbi Kramer was a primary school teacher at the Yeshivah Centre when he abused a number of students aged 10 or 11 between January 1990 and December 1991.
* Parents in 1992 complained to the Yeshivah Centre, which paid for Kramer to go to Israel.
* In 2007 Kramer was sentenced for serious sexual offending against a child in the United States.
* In December 2011, while in the US, Kramer was charged by Victoria Police over the 1990-1991 offences.
* Extradited to Australia, he pleaded guilty in 2013 to five charges of indecent assault, one of an indecent act with a child under 16. Sentenced to three years and four months with a minimum of 18 months.
* He was deported to the US after serving his sentence.
Hayman was a camp chaperone at Camp Gan Israel at Stanwell Tops, south of Sydney.
* Sentenced in June 2014 for the indecent assault of a child, a student at Yeshiva Bondi, on a youth camp.
* Hayman was 24 at the time and his victim was 14.
* Sentenced to 19 months in prison, suspended upon entering a good behaviour bond.
Kestecher
* Died in 2014
* Was due to face court in 2014 on child sexual abuse charges relating to incidents between 2009 and 2010 when he was a volunteer with Yeshivah Melbourne.
