For the past six months or so, VoiCSA has been dealing with serious allegations of child sexual abuse and the response to it by Cheder Levi Yitzchok, an ultra-Orthodox Chabad school based in Melbourne.
Around a month ago, The Age published an article titled Parents told the best protection is prayer after school child-sex abuse claims. Several days ago, it published another article titled Students expelled after parents refuse to keep quiet on child sex abuse claims.
In response to this ongoing latest child sexual abuse scandal, the Cheder's Founder and Principal, Mr Eliezer Kornhauser, published an Open Letter to the community. VoiCSA has responded by publishing our own Open Letter. Please see both letters below.
